Announcement of Business Name Change

Dear customers,
We would like to inform you, since 1st July, 2019, our English business name has been officially changed to ADTEK ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. from CHANG SHUAN ELECTRONICS CO., LTD..
The new name will be found in following places:
Ø Company registration name for import / export business in Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs website (Taiwan).
Ø Bank account name for import / export business.
ü Remark: For the invoice date before 2019/07/01, you could still choose to make your payment by using “CHANG SHUAN ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.” to keep invoice & payment aligned. Our bank would accept during the transition period because that we have provided relevant documents to the banks.
Ø Import / export documents.
Ø Authorized Distributor Certificates.
Ø Product stickers.
Ø New certificate of compliance or verification of conformity.
ü Remark: The existing documents will remain the previous name. We will put the new name only in the new documents.
Ø New software or firmware.
Ø ADTEK official website, social media, commercial materials such as new catalogues, name card, demo kits...etc..
